તેમજ શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવામાં મદદરૂપ થાય તથા BRC કો.ઓડિનેટરશ્રીઓ અને CRC કો.ઓર્ડિનેટરશ્રીઓએ પણ શાળાઓમાં વધુને વધુ આવેદનપત્રો ભરાય તે માટે માર્ગદર્શિત કરે તેવી વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવા વિનંતી છે .
